Folklorama Scottish Pavilion
The Pavilion of Scotland, Folklorama, is August 10th to 16th this year.
Our displays and costume themes will revolve around the Bicentennial of the Selkirk Settlers. As usual, we are welcoming any of you who wish to come out in costume for an evening or two and talk to the crowds (not easy with the noise level) and demonstrate something – or chat with the public about our displays. Please let me know if you would like to come out this year and I will put your name on the volunteer list.
Also, we could use one or two people to help us take down at 11:00 p.m. on the 16th. It just takes an hour or so to pack everything and load the truck/car.
